These FID Benches are fully adjustable, making this versatile piece of home gym equipment ideal for a whole range of weight lifting exercises.
 
The back rest can be adjusted using the 6 ladder hooks on the frame as well as a decline position.
 
The bottom ladder hook allows you to set the bench horizontal for flat bench.
 
You can also decline it further to run flat with the frame to set it at a 20 degree decline.
 
The other ladder hook positions allow you to incline at angles from 20 to 85 degrees for a whole range of different exercises.
 
The seat pad can also be set at 3 different angles for further versatility.
 
Heavy Duty Bench
The 360kg (800lbs) rated FID Bench is made from a heavy duty steel with 2 inch thick cushions supports for a safe and comfortable training position.
 
The FID Bench also has a set of wheels at one of the frame making it easy to move cages and racks, further adding to the flexibility of this piece of kit.
